Jarní škola sociální práce v Evropě pro studenty magisterského a doktorského studia 2015
9. ročníku Mezinárodní jarní školy sociální práce, který proběhl ve dnech 14. – 17. dubna 2015 v areálu VŠB TUO, se zúčastnilo celkem 59 osob, z toho 37 ze zahraničních univerzit – z německého Eichstättu a Landshutu. Koblenze, Brém, anglického Hertfordshire, finského Kuopia, slovenské Trnavy, francouzského Lille, rakouského Dornbirnu a polské Lodže a Olsztynu.
Odborný program byl věnován příspěvkům studentů týkajících se disertačních či diplomových prací, diskusemi s učiteli, skupinovým a individuálním konzultacím. Možnost setkat se, diskutovat v neformálním, přátelském prostředí s akademiky z různých zemí, získat od nich „zpětnou vazbu“ a příležitost vyzkoušet si prezentaci v anglickém jazyce je pro účastníky této akce stěžejní.
V rámci letošní Jarní školy proběhly přednášky a workshop realizované v rámci projektu „Rozšíření a rozvoj vědeckovýzkumného týmu OU FSS“ (VEDTYM), který je ve fázi udržitelnosti. Konkrétně se jednalo o badatelské odpoledne s prof. Detlefem Baumem ze SRN, který se zabýval tématem Social division, gentrification and socio-spacial segregation in German cities a dále rozšířený blok prof. Briana Littlechilda z University of Hertfordshire Research in the areas of child protection and mental health – the ethics and methods for research in sensitive areas with vulnerable clients.
